In today’s dynamic operational environment, it is vital that the handler and K9 have a decoy that understands the importance of behavioral feedback.
The decoy is critical to the success of the teams' learning to operate and push past the basics to meet the needs of today’s working conditions.
The Decoy must have proper timing, mechanics catching the dog to avoid jams, understand the importance of catching dogs in the front of the suit or legs, on confrontational bites, how to push the dog in defense and then relieve the pressure to improve the dog’s ability to channel drives.
The Tier 3 Handler Decoy class is designed to train handlers and decoys these skills and to improve operational effectiveness.

AKC Temperament Test
The AKC Temperament Test (ATT) was developed to bring focus and provide a meaningful evaluation to assess the temperament of our canine companions.
The ATT tests how a dog reacts to a variety of stimuli. Desirable traits are that the dog will be emotionally stable, inquisitive, cooperative, appropriately social for its breed, biddable and demonstrates the ability to recover from a startling situation in a reasonable amount of time.
